FaxDialer
Ethernet Adaptor allows the Fax machine to send/Receive/Forward
faxes through the Internet using LAN, either to an Email address
or to a Fax machine. It consists of an Ethernet Adaptor (EAD), which
enables it to connect to Internet through LAN. The EAD connects
IFD to Ethernet network using the IP protocol. User can also send
fax through his dial-up connection in the case of he don't have
a EAD with the FaxDialer. When a user wishes to send a Fax through
the Internet, the procedure again is simple, FaxDialer receives
the Fax from the Fax machine and then starts dialing to the local
ISP to establish the Internet connection. Once connected it sends
the Fax received as an email with a file attachment. Faxing to a
distant Fax machine requires the SetuFax Service which will deliver
this file attachment to the destination Fax machine like a normal
Fax. If the Fax was sent to an email address then the receiver of
that email can view or print the Fax from his computer.
